Minimum order
To take advantage of the prices specified on the website www.euromask-shop.com, a minimum purchase order of € 75.00 must be placed.

Prices
All prices exclude VAT (any tax in force will be applied at shipping) and refer exclusively to Internet purchases. In the event that printing errors be found on the catalogue, we hereby undertake to inform the Client accordingly at the execution of the order and to issue a correct invoice.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control or accident, Finishing Group s.r.l. can not be held responsible for any delay or non delivery and shall have the right to rescind the contract, either wholly or partially, or to suspend or postpone its execution.

Shipping costs
Costs for deliveries within Italy are payable by Finishing Group s.r.l. and will be then charged to the Purchaser according to the following weight ranges: between 0 and 30 kg a cost of €12.00 will be charged; between 31 and 100 kg a cost of €30.00 will be charged; for heavier weights, the Purchaser should contact directly our sales office. In the event of orders totalling more than €1,000.00, shipping costs will not be charged.
To guarantee a better service, all goods readily available will be shipped. Any remaining items will be sent free port as soon as possible; the Purchaser will be informed of any production delay.

Competence
Anyone visiting this site and availing themselves of the products offered by Finishing Group s.r.l., hereby accept that, in the event of any controversy, the competent jurisdiction will be the Tribunal of Varese.
